There is a dip in the top but it is not very big so I don't think it would be very useful though I was hoping it could be used for something. You can flip it over where it has a bigger indent but then it as the dip from the front sticking up. Sorry if that makes no since to you. Me and my mom talked about it and she thinks it could be used as a spoon rest so I took the last photo with a spoon on it. Any ideas?? I am a photography major and had the opportunity to take a glassblowing class in school. I became addicted instantly. I love it. I may take glassblowing 2 &amp; 3 but right now I am fusing glass. I have been fusing glass for 2 months. When I get some pieces ready I plan to sell on etsy.<br /><br />Fused glass is glass that is heated and melted together in a kiln. Right now I mostly use 90 COE glass though I have plans to slump bottles and have fused stain glass before. Also I like making my own molds out of fiber board as you see in this photo.
